Reservation Deposits

Deposit due at the time of reservation is 100 percent of the first night's stay and is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash is accepted following a credit card deposit.

Cancellations

  • Reservations must be canceled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival via e-mail with your reservation number.depending on number of cabins and length of stay
  • If notice of cancellation is less than 7 days prior to check-in, the first night's deposit is non-refundable.
  • Reservations of  a 5 to 7 day stay that are cancelled less than 7 days from the date of arrival, loose their deposit of one night and will be charged an additional 50% of the remainder of their reservation total but not to exceed 4 days.
    Reservations of 3+ cabins and reservations exceeding 7 days that are cancelled less than 14 days from date of arrival, loose their deposit of one night and will be charged an additional 50% of the remainder of their reservation total but not to exceed 7 days.
  • Reservations made through third-party sites (Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Airbnb) must be canceled on the website where your reservation was made.
  • A modification of your reservation occurs a $15 change fee.

No-Shows

No-shows will be handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Check-In

Check-in begins at 4 PM; early check-in available upon request, and can easily be accommodated after 2 PM.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 10 AM. For a later check-out, please inquire with us if we can accommodate it. A $20 charge may apply for check-outs later than noon. After 3 PM, we will charge a $50 late check out fee.

Pets

For those traveling with dogs (including ESA and ADA), please call to confirm a dog-friendly cabin is available in the category you want to book. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies. We do not allow any other pets other than dogs.

If you attach a note to your reservation about traveling with your dog or service animal; please ensure you received from us a Modification of your Reservation Notice. If not, please call to confirm. Arriving unannounced with your dog incurs a $50/day fee.

Smoking

The interiors of all cabins are non-smoking of any kind, including vaping. Smoking inside the cabin will incur a $250 fee charged to your credit card. You may smoke on your private porch with your door to the cabin closed. We kindly ask you refrain from smoking on the porch if your neighbors' porches are occupied. 

Bikes

Bikes may be locked securely to the cabin porch in front of the cabin. Lockable indoor storage may be available by request. No bikes may be stored inside our cabins.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice.

Damages

If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged items, plus a $50 cleaning fee. To maintain the cleanliness of our linens, we are happy to provide you with free cleaning cloths upon request for bikes, backpacks and any other cleaning needs. We also provide beach towels for our lakes.
